  • 1. Equipment overview The high-temperature degumming furnace is a periodic special heat treatment equipment, which is specially developed for the process of degreasing and degumming of ceramic blanks. It can slowly decompose and fully discharge the resin, plasticizer and binder in the blank to avoid pores, cracks and residual carbon defects in the product. It can also be used for powder, MIM metal parts, electronic components degreasing and pre-burning. It is widely used in ceramic factories, new material enterprises and university laboratories. II. Core technical parameters (standard) Temperature performance limit temperature 1200 ℃, long-term stable use ≤ 1100 ℃; five-sided surrounding resistance wire heating, furnace temperature field uniformity ± 4 ℃, temperature control accuracy up to ± 0.5 ℃; heating rate 5–10 ℃/min, can be slowly rising to adapt to the glue discharge process. Cavity specifications Standard furnace 600 × 600 × 600mm; three-phase 380V power supply, 30kW heating power of the whole machine. The furnace and heating furnace are made of high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber, which is resistant to high temperatures and has a long service life; with a quartz spiral heating tube, no metal impurities precipitate, the furnace is clean and will not pollute the workpiece. The supporting system equipment is equipped with a special exhaust channel, which can timely export decomposed volatile organic flue gas; support air or inert atmosphere working conditions, with intelligent multi-stage program temperature control. 3. Structural characteristics of the whole machine Five-sided three-dimensional heating up and down, left and right bottom heating in all directions, the temperature difference in the furnace is very small, the whole batch of blanks are discharged synchronously, and there will be no local carbon deposition and degumming incomplete problems.
  • Clean and pollution-free heat field quartz spiral heater + alumina fiber furnace, free of metal impurities, processing precision electronic ceramics, piezoelectric ceramics will not introduce metal pollution. The long-term stable operation design is optimized for the long-term constant temperature and insulation process required for glue removal. The furnace is resistant to heat shock and powdering, and can work uninterruptedly for many days. Precise segmented program temperature control can set the multi-stage curve of low-temperature slow rise, constant-temperature glue preservation decomposition, and high-temperature residual carbon removal, and low-speed heating can prevent the rapid gas production drum package cracking of the blank. The furnace body of the exhaust gas directional discharge structure reserves a special exhaust port, and the organic flue gas is timely exported to reduce the flue gas backflow adhesion to the surface of the workpiece. Fourth, the advantages of the core products are completely degummed, the yield of the finished product is uniform in the high-temperature field + controllable slow heating, and the binder is gradually decomposed and volatilized, which greatly reduces ceramic cracking, pores, and black spot residual carbon. Clean furnace, suitable for precision ceramic quartz heating elements with high-purity alumina furnace, no heavy metal precipitation, suitable for MLCC, piezoelectric ceramics, special precision ceramics. The furnace insulation material can work continuously for a long time and resists long-term high-temperature aging, which is suitable for mass production enterprises to discharge glue and degrease in batches.
