Debinding Furnace Explained | Binder Removal Ramp, Atmosphere and Off-Gas | HuanYu
A debinding furnace removes the polymer binder from ceramic, carbide and metal injection moulded parts before sintering, and that removal step usually limits yield rather than the sintering run itself. HuanYu's thermal platform reaches 1200 °C maximum and 1100 °C continuous inside a 600 mm cube, with five-side resistance-wire heating holding ±4 °C field uniformity and 0.5 °C control accuracy, while the ramp through the decomposition peak stays at 0.2–1 °C/min because that limit belongs to the part, not the furnace. The integrated platform instead debinds and sinters in one sealed chamber at 1750 °C, with oxygen below 0.1 ppm and vacuum under 50 Pa, and both designs use dedicated exhaust channels so off-gas leaves the chamber instead of condensing back onto the load. Send your binder chemistry and HuanYu engineers will size the chamber, atmosphere and exhaust path.
