  • First, the overall overview of the equipment RT3 series full-fiber trolley furnace belongs to the periodic large-scale industrial resistance heat treatment furnace, is the mainstream mass production type high-temperature industrial furnace, relying on the load-bearing trolley to load and unload large quantities of workpieces, using full refractory fiber insulation, five-sided electric heating, suitable for metal annealing, normalizing, quenching preheating, forging tempering, casting stress relief, powder metallurgy sintering and other large batch heat treatment processes, widely used in machinery, auto parts, metallurgy, mold, metal and other manufacturing industries. This standard specification furnace size 5000 × 2000 × 1200mm, rated temperature 1100 ℃, full load load up to 30 tons, suitable for large and medium-sized parts batch heat treatment. II. The temperature zone of the core technical parameters and the total power of 440KW are divided into 4 independent temperature control zones; rated high 1100 ℃, long-term stable use ≤ 900 ℃; temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃, and the overall temperature difference in the furnace ≤ ± 10 ℃. Heating energy consumption: The empty furnace is heated to 1100 °C for about 3 hours, and the full load is heated for about 6 hours; the thermal insulation steady-state power consumption is only ≤ 120kw/h, the heat loss of the empty furnace is less than 15%, and the energy saving effect is outstanding. Power supply and temperature measurement Three-phase 380V/50Hz power supply, equipped with 4-channel K-type thermocouple partition temperature measurement, supporting paperless recorder complete storage process curve. The load-bearing and structural furnace dimensions are 5m × 2m × 1.2m, and the trolley is fully loaded with 30T;

Heating material 0Cr26Al6Nb corrugated resistive strip, five-sided layout (two sides + back wall + furnace door + trolley bottom); trolley load-bearing bottom plate ZGNi7N heat-resistant cast steel. Thermal insulation configuration 300mm thickened high aluminum full-fiber folding module, bulk density ≥ 240kg/m ³, heat shock resistance, low heat storage. III. The manual handwheel of the side-open sealing furnace door presses the sealing structure, and the fiber soft contact has no friction loss; the furnace door has a built-in heating element to achieve uniform heating on all five sides; equipped with double stroke limit, the heating power is automatically cut off when the door is opened, and the trolley is interlocked with the trolley, so the trolley cannot drive in the open state. 3. Heavy-duty mobile trolley (core feature) Heavy-duty welding of No. 16 channel steel frame with a large load capacity of 30 tons; multiple sets of load-bearing walking wheels at the bottom, the chain reducer is driven smoothly, with front and rear extreme anti-collision limits; a heating belt is arranged at the bottom of the trolley, matched with a 30mm thick Ni7N heat-resistant cast steel bottom plate to insulate the oxide skin from damage and heating elements;
