Equipment overview This equipment is a vertical lifting vacuum atmosphere integrated furnace, integrating two processes of low-temperature degreasing and high-temperature sintering, without transferring workpieces, and completing the entire process of ceramic billet from removing binder to compact sintering in a single unit. It is specially designed for HTCC, MLCC, ceramic metallization, and MIM metal parts, supporting vacuum, nitrogen, dry/wet hydrogen multivariate atmosphere, and taking into account laboratory small-scale trials and enterprise mass production. Vacuum and atmosphere cold limit vacuum < 50Pa; rotary inlet, support nitrogen, hydrogen, wet hydrogen automatic switching; closed-loop pressure control, furnace pressure ≤ 40KPa, fluctuation ≤ ± 1KPa; furnace oxygen content ≤ 0.1PPM, dew point - 60 ~ 60 ℃ automatic control. Furnace body specifications Two standard furnaces: Φ200 × 300mm and 500 × 500mm; the whole machine power is divided into 28KW and 120KW, and three-phase 380V power supply. The organic volatiles produced by the eco-friendly tail gas treatment and glue discharge can be condensed and collected or ignited and burned without exhaust gas pollution. 3. The five-sided uniform heat field (low-temperature type matching) box type is heated by the front, rear, left and right bottom five-sided resistance wires, with a four-angle preheating air supply system, the air flow in the furnace at the low-temperature glue discharge stage is fully circulated, and there is no residue in the decomposition of the binder. Integrated process design (core advantages) The same furnace is first low-temperature and slowly discharged, and then directly heated and sintered at high temperatures. There is no need to transfer from the furnace to avoid bumping, oxidation, and secondary pollution of the workpiece, which greatly improves the yield of the finished product.
