  • First, the lifting furnace product introduction: JZSL series electric furnace operating temperature is optional from 800 degrees to 1800 degrees, furnace size is customized according to customer requirements, the furnace liner uses vacuum forming high-purity alumina ceramic fiber blanket, heat storage is small, thermal insulation and energy saving effect is better, and the overall weight of the electric furnace is greatly reduced. The furnace shell has a double-layer air-cooled structure, ensuring that the surface temperature of the furnace shell is close to room temperature. The temperature control system adopts intelligent instruments with high industrial accuracy, PID adjustment, multi-stage programmable temperature rise curve, high degree of automation, electric lifting furnace doors, large loading capacity, high production efficiency, especially suitable for heat treatment of small and medium-sized machines, and adopts the loading and unloading method, which is convenient for loading and unloading and has good operating conditions. II. Overview of the lifting furnace structure: 1. This series of lifting furnaces is divided into four parts: furnace body, movable furnace table, lifting system, and control system. 2. The furnace shell has sectional steel, the steel plate is welded into a four-square box with the furnace opening facing downward. The equipment should be avoided in the vibration and overheating environment, so as not to affect the normal operation of the control instrument. The ambient temperature is allowed to be -10 ~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity is lower than RH85%. When connecting to the power supply, it should be operated by the electrician, and the wiring should be aligned according to the electrical wiring diagram, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the equipment, and there is a risk of damage to electrical components and electric shock. After the wiring is carefully checked, the power can be connected, and the equipment must be grounded and protected. 5. This electric furnace does not require a special foundation, and the following installation can be performed by simply leveling in place.

(1.) Open the packing box of the electric stove and check whether the accessories of the electric stove are complete against the shipping list. (2). Remove the stopper brick from the top of the furnace and place the original into the stopper brick. Install the asbestos head and tighten the bolts at the bottom of the aluminum spraying section at the cold end of the original so that the components will not slide down when inserted into the furnace (the above process should not be too hard, because the components are brittle and easy to break). (3). Remove the small wooden block at the cold end of the component, tighten the plug brick with both hands and insert it vertically into the brick hole on the top of the furnace. Note that there must be no collision or hard insertion when inserting, and note that the hot end of the component cannot touch the furnace brick and cannot exceed the furnace brick protective ribs. (4). Fill the refractory fiber around and in the gap between the plug bricks to reduce heat loss. Connect the copper foil tape, iron chuck and transformer busbar. Note that the copper foil tape and components must not have internal stresses and should be in a natural state. (5). Insert the thermocouple into the hole and connect all the wires according to the wiring diagram.
