  • QLJZ-9-1400 Well-type atmosphere furnace Overview: Well-type atmosphere furnace with rated temperatures of 1100 ℃, 1400 ℃, 1600 ℃ and 1700 ℃ respectively, using different heating elements, complete models, reliable, and can also be specially manufactured for different process experiments, suitable for sintering of electronic ceramics and high-temperature structural ceramics, annealing and microcrystallization of glass, annealing of crystals, preparation of ceramic glaze, powder metallurgy, sintering of nanomaterials, quenching of metal parts, and heat treatment requiring rapid heating processes. It is an ideal experimental and production equipment for scientific research units, universities, and industrial and mining enterprises. QLJZ-9-1400 Well Atmosphere Furnace Features: 1. The main body of the equipment adopts a double-layer sheet metal structure, and a fan is installed between the double-layer sheet metal to enhance convection, and the external surface temperature of the equipment is low. 2. The furnace door and furnace top are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system. There is an air inlet, air outlet, and vacuum port on the furnace body. 3. The furnace material is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption. Compared with traditional refractory materials, the heat loss is low, the insulation effect is superior, and the energy saving is more than 50%. 4. The heating element adopts a resistance wire, which generates heat evenly, has a high thermal efficiency ratio, and has a long service life. The heating element is suspended in the furnace for easy maintenance. 5. The temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, has PID adjustment, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability and other functions, and can compile more 50-stage heating and cooling control procedures.
  • 6. The temperature field uniformity in the furnace area is excellent. After field testing ≤ ± 5 ℃, it meets the secondary electric furnace standard. 7. The furnace can be filled with argon, nitrogen and other gases, and can be pre-vacuumed, the vacuum degree can reach -0.08 MPa, the atmospheric pressure can reach 0.1Mpa, the furnace body is made of thick steel plate, and the leakage test is prevented.
