  • 1. Equipment overview The roller kiln (roller bottom kiln) is a continuous tunnel heat treatment electric furnace. It relies on high-temperature ceramic rollers to continuously transport workpieces, and the materials automatically enter from the kiln head. Preheating, heating, constant temperature sintering, and air cooling are completed in turn, and the entire production process is uninterrupted. This introduction introduces the RGK180-77 single-layer 18-meter electric roller kiln, which is mainly used for continuous annealing, sintering, and brazing of glass, inorganic refractories, and small ceramic parts. It is fully automated and unattended, and is suitable for mass production. II.
