  • I. Equipment Overview This type of non-standard tube furnace belongs to the lengthened multi-temperature zone. It is divided into two customized models: the double-station three-temperature zone and the three-station five-temperature zone. It adopts an ultra-long 310S stainless steel furnace tube and a segmented independent temperature control design. It is specially customized for the heat treatment process of long flow atmosphere. It is suitable for continuous pyrolysis, CVD, lithium battery materials, powder sintering and other experiments and small batch production that require long constant temperature intervals to support atmospheric and vacuum working conditions. Second, the core technical parameters have high temperature performance of 900 ℃ and long-term stable use of ≤ 850 ℃; the HRE resistance wire is heated by upper and lower circumferential radiation, the temperature of the K-type thermocouple is measured, and the overall temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃; the heating rate is 1 ~ 30 ℃/min, 10 ~ 20 ℃/min is recommended; the uniformity of the temperature field in the three-temperature zone is ± 3 ℃, and the temperature in the five-temperature zone is ± 5 ℃. The outer diameter of the lengthened furnace tube specification furnace tube is Φ40; the total length of the double station is 4500mm, the heating section is 3200mm, and the insulation section is 2000mm; the total length of the three stations is 7000mm, the heating section is 6000mm, and the insulation section is 4000mm. Power supply Dual-station 15kW, three-station 30kW, three-phase 380V power supply. The total thickness of the insulation structure is 200mm. Multilayer alumina fiber composite furnace (1600 +1430 type), high-density calcined fiber, small heat storage, strong thermal insulation, and the outer surface of the furnace shell is not hot at low temperatures.   • Lengthen the multi-stage independent temperature zone (core advantage) super-long split heating zone, each temperature zone is independently PID controlled, and the temperature field of heating, constant temperature, and slow cooling gradient can be set to meet the long material, continuous gas-phase reaction, and segmented heat treatment processes; the station spacing is unified 70mm, and multiple groups of samples can be placed at the same time for synchronous processing, resulting in higher production capacity. The integrated closed furnace heating area is placed on top, the control cabinet is integrated under the furnace body, and the operating height is adapted; the bottom of the furnace body is equipped with casters, and the height of the furnace opening from the ground is adjustable from 690-750mm, so it is convenient to move and take and place samples; the shell SPCC steel plate is painted and rust-proof, and the aluminum profile base is reinforced. The entire 310S seamless stainless steel long tube is resistant to high temperature and long furnace tubes, resistant to high temperature and deformation, suitable for long-time atmospheres and vacuum cycling.
