  • Overview of multi-station vacuum tubular furnaces: The tubular furnaces are box-type structures with rated temperatures of 1200 ℃, 1400 ℃, and 1600 ℃, respectively. The models are complete and reliable, and can also be specially customized to meet different process tests. This product is widely used in the heat treatment of metal materials under low vacuum, reduction, and protective atmospheres, and can also be used for the heat treatment of special materials, such as the carbonization process of carbon products. It is an ideal testing and production equipment for scientific research units, colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises. Multi-station vacuum tube furnace Features: 1. Double-layer furnace shell water-cooled structure ensures rapid heat dissipation and cooling. 2. External closed vacuum tank with water cooling system for rapid cooling. 3. The furnace is made of good alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, saving 50% energy. The heating element adopts good silicon carbon rod, silicon molybdenum rod, molybdenum wire. 4. The electric furnace temperature control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology, has PID adjustment, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can compile various heating programs and other functions. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is ± 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate is 1-15 ℃. 5. A water cooling system is installed at the door of the furnace. The gas enters from the rear chamber after passing through the flowmeter, and there are several inlets for washing the furnace. There is a combustion nozzle at the outlet, which can vent hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide and other gases, and can pump vacuum. The higher vacuum can reach 5pa.
