  • A single-temperature zone tube furnace is a tube furnace with only one constant temperature zone. Installation method: The installation electric furnace of the furnace body can be placed on the workbench to suit the physiological operation height of the human body, and the bearing of the workbench should be greater than 200kg. Electrical Installation Power Configuration: 220V (380V). The power configured according to the user's electronic control cabinet should be greater than 4Kw. The thermocouple is inserted into the furnace depth of 25mm, and the N index number compensation wire is used to connect with the temperature control instrument. Note: The quartz tube should be installed first and then the thermocouple should be installed. The thermocouple should not be in contact with the quartz tube. The electric furnace and control cabinet shall be grounded as a whole, and the grounding resistance of the grounding wire shall be less than 4Ω. Resistance wire wiring mode: two parallel connections, power supply: single-phase 220V (or 380V). Inspection and tightening Due to transportation and other reasons, the tightening of the screws of the furnace body should be checked and confirmed to be correct. After the oven is installed and wired correctly, start oven drying. The oven can dry refractory materials, balance the internal stress of the furnace body, sinter and bond cement, and test the working performance and reliability of the electrical system. Preparation before oven drying: Set the control temperature according to the oven process requirements.
