  • I. Equipment Overview The hydrogen reduction tube furnace is a special atmosphere heat treatment equipment. It takes the sealed tube cavity as the core, supports vacuum displacement + hydrogen/inert mixed atmosphere, uses strong hydrogen reduction to remove the material oxide layer at high temperatures, and is equipped with a complete explosion-proof, airtight, and temperature control system. It is mostly used in university laboratories, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, and electronic powder reduction and sintering. Second, the core technical parameters (refer to the QLJZ series supporting tube models) temperature system is 1200 ℃ high, long-term stable use ≤ 1100 ℃; three-sided resistance wire surround heating, K-type thermocouple, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃; heating rate 1 ~ 20 ℃/min adjustable, recommended 1 ~ 10 ℃/min; 30 PID programmable temperature control, thyristor automatic adjustment. Furnace tube and cavity quartz/stainless steel sealed furnace tube, flanged high-temperature silicone seal; double-layer water-cooled furnace door, double-layer air-cooled shell of the whole machine, shell temperature ≤ 60 ℃. The vacuum path can be pre-vacuumed to - 0.08 MPa; hydrogen, nitrogen and argon can be introduced; an independent precision float flow meter is provided to maintain a micro positive pressure (< 0.02 MPa) in the furnace to prevent air backfilling of the oxidized sample; the oxygen content can be reduced by multiple vacuum displacements. Fourth, the core characteristics of deep reduction Deoxidation of high-temperature hydrogen can reduce the surface oxides of metals and powders to obtain high-purity non-oxidation samples, which are suitable for magnetic/rare metal powders such as neodymium iron boron, tungsten molybdenum, and nickel cobalt.
