I. Equipment Overview The hydrogen reduction tube furnace is a special atmosphere heat treatment equipment. It takes the sealed tube cavity as the core, supports vacuum displacement + hydrogen/inert mixed atmosphere, uses strong hydrogen reduction to remove the material oxide layer at high temperatures, and is equipped with a complete explosion-proof, airtight, and temperature control system. It is mostly used in university laboratories, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, and electronic powder reduction and sintering. The automatic process runs 30 stages of heating, insulation, reduction, and cooling curves for one-click storage. The entire reduction process is unattended, and the experiment is highly repeatable.
