The heat storage is small, the thermal insulation effect is good, and the overall energy consumption of the equipment is lower. High vacuum and multi-atmosphere compatibility can realize a high vacuum environment, support the introduction of inert/reducing gases such as nitrogen, argon and hydrogen, and avoid high-temperature oxidation of the workpiece. Automatic intelligent control The entire heating and cooling process is set in advance and runs automatically. The temperature control instrument has complete functions, simple operation, and the experimental data can be repeated. The optional material is suitable for wide quartz tubes for carbon-free and high-purity experiments, and the stainless steel tubes are suitable for high-temperature and strong atmosphere conditions, and the sizes can be customized as required. 4.
