  • I. Equipment Introduction Vertical tube furnace is a vertical tube type high-temperature heat treatment equipment. The furnace tube is vertically arranged, which can achieve high-temperature heating under vacuum and inert/reducing atmosphere. The structure is compact and the temperature field is uniform. It is a general equipment used by university laboratories and new material enterprises for sample research and development and small batch preparation. It is suitable for all kinds of high-temperature synthesis, sintering and coating experiments. II. The core applications are mainly for high-tech materials such as semiconductors, nanomaterials, carbon fibers, graphene, etc., which can complete: vacuum/atmosphere sintering, material annealing, substrate CVD coating, powder pyrolysis, crystal growth, catalytic calcination and other high-temperature experimental processes. Product Features Vertical Vertical Structure Advantages Vertical furnace tubes rely on natural convection to form a uniform temperature field, which is suitable for vapor deposition, powder fluidization, and gravity-oriented reactions; the upper and lower flanges are sealed, and can be inlet at the upper end and discharged at the lower end, adapted for continuous pyrolysis experiments.
